Steadily Rewards Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern Steadily’s referral promotion (“Steadily Rewards”).

1. Any citizen of the United States of America is eligible to refer landlords to receive a quote for insurance from Steadily.  You may request and be given a unique referral link (“Referrer” or “you”) to share with landlords who are not already Steadily customers but who you believe may benefit from our services (“Referred Landlords”).
2. Referred Landlords must use the link to complete a “Qualifying Quote.”  Qualifying Quotes must consist of complete and accurate information.  Qualifying Quotes must pertain to a landlord interested in receiving a quote for insurance from Steadily who have not yet received a quote from Steadily.
3. Landlords seeking to insure properties outside of the United States of America or in Montana, Vermont or Washington are not eligible under Steadily Rewards.  
4. Referrers must clearly disclose the referral relationship with Steadily to any Referred Landlord.
5. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, and applicable state law, Referrers will receive a gift card in the amount of $25 as a thank you for each Referred Landlord that uses the Referrer’s unique referral link to complete a Qualifying Quote.  The gift card will be issued per Qualifying Quote regardless of whether the Referred Landlord purchases insurance.   
6. The total amount of gift cards receivable from referrals shall not exceed $1000 in any twelve month period.
7. Referrers are prohibited from:
   
   1. Selling, soliciting or negotiating insurance on behalf of Steadily
   2. Discussing coverage details or levels, pricing or policy terms
   3. Making any false or misleading statements related to Steadily or landlord insurance 
   4. Offering anything of value in connection with the Referred Landlords or the quoting of insurance
   5. Spamming or mass marketing potential referrals
   6. Cold calling or texting potential referrals
   7. Failing to disclose receipt of compensation in exchange for the referral
8. Steadily Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. Steadily reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend Steadily Rewards, or revise these terms and conditions without providing you with prior notice.  By continuing to participate in Steadily Rewards, you agree to any amendment to these terms and conditions.
10. Steadily shall exclusively determine if a quote for insurance is a Qualified Quote, and will not issue a gift card where a quote contains invalid information or is otherwise considered fraudulent, or where a Referrer violates these terms and conditions.
