Today we spotlight Cameron, Steadily's knowledgable and enthusiastic Quality Analyst.

What is your role at Steadily, and what are your primary responsibilities?

Quality Analyst. I audit and review our agents calls and emails to insure proper handling and procedures. Additionally, I assist in gathering facts for potential Error and Omissions.

Can you describe a typical day in your role and what you find most rewarding about it?

I audit several emails and calls a day, to insure our customer experience agents are handling our clients requests and concerns with excellent customer service. While also being available to questions and inquiries they may have about our carriers, or processes. Additionally, I may be notified of a potential Error and Omission, which I gather facts for and present to our Chief Experience Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The most rewarding aspect is when our agents are successful in their roles and listening to their feedback where our clients are praising them for their wonderful experience.

What do you think is unique about working at Steadily that others who are interviewing should know?

Steadily is steadfast in their determination to be the best of the best for client experience, innovation, and hiring excellent individuals who make wonderful colleagues and provide the best service.

Can you share a memorable experience, accomplishment or challenge that you overcame during your time at Steadily?

After 10 months of coming in as one of the top performers on our client experience team, I interviewed and accepted a Team Lead position. Then, 2 months later, I was recommended to my current position as Quality Analyst. This was only accomplished by my leaders  encouragement, amazing support, coupled with my determination which Steadily inspired.

How does your work at Steadily align with your personal or professional values?

Insurance is extremely important and used sometimes in the worst moments of someones life. Since Steadily has such a determination to make a customers experience from the sale of the policy to the service of the policy, it gives me the confidence that my determination in being knowledgeable, helpful, and having excellent customer experience is matched. I want every client to have a good experience, even in the worst moments in life when insurance needs to be used.

Steadily has been one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working for. Our determination is what drives us to be the best of the best, and I am proud to work for Steadily where I am challenged and driven to succeed.
